What is Covered by the Warranty?

• Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during the normal use of the product. This includes issues like broken zippers, faulty stitching, or malfunctioning handles.
• Functional Failures: If any part of the luggage, such as the wheels, handles, trolley or malfunctions due to manufacturing defects within 5 years of the purchase date, it will be repaired or replaced.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

• Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, drops, impacts, or exposure to harsh conditions (e.g., excessive moisture, heat, or chemicals).
• Improper Use or Care: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, such as overpacking, rough handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, scuffs, or marks that occur as a result of normal use are not covered under the warranty.
• Wear and Tear: Items that have been used extensively
